Let’s MOVE!
Movement can enhance learning, improve focus, rhythm, and timing. Stress response movements indicate that learning is not exclusive to the brain; it is a holistic experience that incorporates purposeful physical activity. This approach improves focus, attention, and comprehension, strengthens brain function and emotional regulation, and fosters joy, vitality, and enthusiasm in daily life. These practices combine physical movement and education, leading to educational success. This is beneficial for all ages. As a kinesiologist, I find this highly rewarding.

READ Program – Strengthening Reading Skills

As a parent, you want more than just ordinary tutoring- you want targeted training that truly helps alder children, teens, adults, and younger children improve their core reading skills.
At Optimal Learning Skills, our program uses brain-based training principles to teach reading in a logical, step-by-step order, gradually increasing the challenge while repeating key activities to quickly strengthen reading abilities.
We also offer specialized support for students with dyslexia or auditory processing challenges. Our sound-to-code reading system helps students:
Identify speech sounds in text
A-Z Sound out words based on spelling patterns
Recognize and read words automatically
These skills are essential-especially for learners with dyslexia, who often struggle in these areas. That’s why Optimal Learning Skills READ Program is such a powerful solution.
This is one of my students, Lisa. She is challenged with central auditory processing disorder, #dyslexia, #ADHD.
Afterr only three months of working with her on all of these challenges, I used fun brain skills training in all of those disorders plus the #listeningprogram.
Now she is doing so much better. Just look at her smiling. It is my great joy to help all students become comfortable and independent learners. She can read, write, and #focus!
